John was the 1995 President of the Sacramento Commercial Realtors, and Co-Star's 2010 Power Broker of the year. John holds two professional designations; he is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager). He holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Montana and an M.B.A. Degree from the University of San Francisco.

Linda joined TRI in 2004 and currently has nearly 30 years of Commercial Property Management experience.  She began her career specializing in Class A high-rise and suburban office properties in Dallas, Texas. Linda has an extensive background in construction management – essentially, all phases of tenant and capital improvements. Her current portfolio consists of retail, office, industrial, multi-family and commercial owners associations. Linda holds a California Real Estate Sales License and is a Real Property Administrator (RPA) Candidate.

April Simmons


Sacramento Regional Multi-family Property Manager & Principal 

April joined TRI in 2003 and currently has over 20 years of Residential Property Management experience.  Her career at TRI began as an onsite Residential Property Manager/Community Director. Her tenacity and natural management abilities propelled her advancement within TRI Property Management. Her portfolio consists of Apartments and Mobile Home Parks throughout Northern California. April holds a California Real Estate Sales License.

Jody Booras

Jody joined TRI in 2000 and currently has over 20 years of Property Management experience. Her exceptional organization and tenant relation skills have allowed her rapid ascent in our company being responsible for several large projects and high profile properties. She is responsible for the management of retail properties. Jody holds a current California Real Estate Sales License and has her Real Property Administrator (RPA) Designation.

Gloria Wright joined TRI’s team as General Manager of Palladio at Broadstone and brings with her over 20 years of shopping center experience. Gloria began her career as part of the development team of a national builder of outlet centers, and continued to manage and market open air centers throughout her career. She is also a founding board member of the Sunrise Market Place PBID board of directors and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.   

April Gallagher


Rocklin Professional Building

April has over 20 years of extensive property management experience that includes The Huntington Group, CBRE, Jones Lang La Salle, and Equity Office. April currently manages a 100,000 SF suburban office property. She oversees all management operations including: client’s financial reporting, tenant relations and retention, establishment and maintenance of vendor standards, management of on-site staff, annual budget preparation and expense recapture. Kim Borra


Sacramento Regional Property Manager  

Kim Borra has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. Prior to joining TRI she served as Sr. Property Manager for Cemo Commercial overseeing the property management division with approximately 70 commercial properties, over 200 tenants, an in-house support staff and maintenance department. Earlier in Kim’s career she worked at Buzz Oates Management Group managing over 3 million SF (45 properties) consisting of office, retail, medical mid-rise and light industrial. Administrative Property Manager 

Rachel joined TRI in 2011 as a community director with 11+ years’ experience in multifamily property management. Rachel’s success in increasing revenues, occupancy and income through her expertise in building resident relations & her exceptional work ethic has allowed her to excel at TRI to the role of Administrative Property Manager in the Summer of 2017 specializing in Multi Family Properties.  

Anthony Consulo


Administrative Property Manager

 Anthony joined TRI in 2011 as an onsite Community Manager and has been a Certified Manufactured Housing Community Manager since 2014. Due to his strong knowledge of mobile home parks coupled with his dedication to TRI and a mindset that nothing is impossible, he was promoted to Administrative Property Manager in 2017. He has worked in the real estate/property management industry for nearly 2 decades at Fidelity National Title, VGC real estate, & Consulo Properties.   

Brie VanLoo


Administrative Property Manager 

Brie joined TRI in 2013.  Her extensive background in Retail Management afforded her the customer service experience and organizational skills to effortlessly transition to Property Management.  With her exceptional work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills, she quickly advanced to Administrative Property Manager.

Property Manager 

Debbie joined TRI in 2017 with over 30 years experience in Property Management including extensive experience in tenant and investor relations, leasing, project budget preparation, project maintenance, and tenant improvements. Debbie has had previous experience in managing residential communities of up to 600 units, and holds a California Real Estate Sales License. BRE#1292722

Steve Mason


Washington & Oregon Multi-Residential Management 

Steve joined TRI Commercial as a Property Manager in the fall of 2011. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and formerly licensed general contractor and commercial real estate appraiser. Steve has experience in the MHP business from onsite management to running his own Mobile Home Park management company. Lisa Amezcua


Senior Property Accountant 

Lisa brings nineteen years of commercial property accounting experience to TRI. Prior to TRI, Lisa was the Senior Property Accountant/Property Accountant Supervisor for a Real Estate Investment Trust overseeing the preparation of financial reporting for a sixty plus property portfolio located in California, Nevada and Oregon.

Luis Gutierrez


Property Accountant 

Luis joined TRI in 2014 having worked extensively with budgeting, profit planning/projection, operations analysis, A/P & A/R processing, general ledgers maintenance, financial reporting, project management, government compliance, and taxes. With extensive experience with property management accounting, Luis has worked for FPI Management, Inc. and has owned an accounting practice where he advised small start-ups to large businesses.

Property Accountant 

Christie joined TRI in 2016 with a steeped accounting background across industries. Previous employment includes: Property Accountant at LifeStorage, Cash Operations Manager at Hyatt Vacation Ownership, Finance & HR Manager at Trade Only Design Library, and Accounting Manager at Wasserman Comden Casselman. Christie was also a past volunteer for Bristol Hospice.
