OUR HISTORY

TRI Property Management is a subsidiary of TRI Commercial Real Estate Services, a Northern California boutique brokerage company. Since inception in 2000, TRI Property Management has evolved into a leader in delivering quality services to our clients in the geographic areas served. Our client list includes private individuals, Trusts, syndications, Institutional Owners, Banks and Court Appointed Receivers. 


TRI manages more than 3.5 million square feet of commercial space including: office, retail, owners' associations and industrial facilities, along with more than 1,000 units in multi-family residential and mobile home parks. TRI’s Operating Standards Manuals document management policies and procedures for the legal and operational nuances of commercial, apartment and mobile home park properties.

With property management offices in Rocklin & San Francisco and commercial brokerage offices in San Francisco, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Roseville, Rocklin & Sacramento, we've extended the range of traditional property management services - adding services that can make the difference between a marginal real estate investment and a successful one.
