OUR HISTORY

TRI Property Management is a subsidiary of TRI Commercial Real Estate Services, a Northern California boutique brokerage company. Since inception in 2000, TRI Property Management has evolved into a leader in delivering quality services to our clients in the geographic areas served. Our client list includes private individuals, Trusts, syndications, Institutional Owners, Banks and Court Appointed Receivers. 


TRI's Commercial Division manages 4.0 million square feet of office, retail, industrial and owners' associations.  Our Residential Division manages  more than 1,500 apartment units and mobile home park spaces. 


TRI’s Operating Standards Manuals document management policies and procedures for the legal and operational nuances of commercial, apartment and mobile home park properties.
